7-Day Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

How to Return an Item

Get Return Authorization
Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address. Include the Return Authorization Number in the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return pickup and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
