Ordering
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your
delivery details, select your payment method, and complete your purchase. You'll receive an
order confirmation email immediately.
While you can browse products without an account, you'll need to create one or log in to
complete your purchase. This helps us manage your orders and provide better service.
You can request order modifications or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After
that, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been
shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo
Money) through our secure Paystack payment gateway.
Yes! All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We
never store your card details on our servers. Your information is encrypted and secure.
You will be charged immediately when you complete your order. If payment fails, your order will
not be processed and you won't be charged.
Delivery
Delivery within Greater Accra typically takes 1-2 business days. Ashanti Region takes 2-3 days.
Other regions may take 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Orders over GH₵100 qualify for FREE delivery! For orders below GH₵100, delivery fees range from
GH₵10-15 depending on your location. View our Shipping Policy for details.
You can track your order using the order number sent to your email. Visit our Order
Tracking page and enter your order number. You'll also receive SMS updates.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Mobile Money refunds are typically faster (3-5 days) than card refunds (5-10 days).

distributors and verified suppliers. Every product is genuine.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll
arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
